My employer provided us with Lynda.com memberships, and I really like it! Quite a wealth of information and new courses are added regularly.

It will not be long before people wake up and realize information/education is for those who seek it. Not necessarily gained from overpriced institutions, and not just only for the few privileged that can afford thousands of their local currency $€£¥.
